At Recruiting in Motion, our Visual Advantage process allows the employer to view a short video clip of the candidates that they are considering for each job search. Do not be mistaken; this is NOT a video-resume and it does not replace an actual resume detailing a candidate’s work history and educational background. The video interview is approximately 1 to 2 minutes in length and it allows the employer to quickly assess how a candidate may present themselves in an interview. This will provide the employer with additional information that has never been available through a traditional resume alone.
Whether you are a Human Resources Professional or the ultimate decision-maker, through this process you will be able to “preview” the candidate in the comfort of your office, or home, and your own screening process will be greatly reduced, saving you time and money!
Our Fees; Simple… with no fine print
Our fees are calculated as a percentage of the chosen candidate’s annualized starting salary. Prior to the commencement of each search, the employer will choose the fee structure for the engagement: either retainer-based or contingency-based.
The breakdown of our fees is shown in the following grid. If the retainer option is selected, the employer will agree to pay a 1/3 retainer fee up front, which shall be deducted from the fee due when the final payment is calculated. If the contingency option is chosen, a fee is only payable when you hire one of our referred candidates.

If the employee supplied by Recruiting in Motion is terminated or resigns within the first 120 calendar days of employment, we will replace the same position at no additional charge.
